  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Content Removal

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, Overturn Prop 47 will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and make a good-faith attempt to contact the person who submitted the affected material. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours of receiving a properly formatted notice.
