California Bar Exam Faces Technical Failures, Lawsuit Filed

The recent California bar exam experienced significant technical issues, with examinees facing server failures and connectivity problems. A group of test-takers has filed a federal lawsuit against exam vendor Meazure Learning, alleging inadequate preparation and platform failures. Approximately 4,600 candidates were scheduled for the two-day test, with many reporting traumatic experiences and delays in their career progression due to the malfunctioning system. (Reuters)
